I had the privilege of working with Martin at martinFILMS for both my own wedding and my daughter's wedding last year. Martin's video work has provided us with a very rich and memorable resource for these very special days. We are so thrilled with his work. My own dabbling with video creation as a hobby has helped me to better appreciate Martin's talent as a videographer and as an artist. We had two very different wedding themes - with my wedding in 2011 following a relatively traditional (though on the fancy-side) garden wedding with all our eight grown children and two brand new grandbabies in the wedding party - and my daughter and son-in-law's more rustic (though elegant) wedding, involving a two-day family camp in the redwoods. Melissa and Justin had a beautiful ceremony in an open field, under an arch adorned with flowers, with hay bale seating and a large wedding party. Their wedding weekend involved numerous activities and festivities including a campfire and games, an amazing live band at the reception and folk dancing! Martin captured the spirit of each day in amazing detail - and provided a fresh and loving perspective of these special days, including all the traditional elements of the day as well as unexpected moments. His use of multiple cameras and his editing work is truly amazing. We treasure the videos he created for us and trust and appreciate his good eye for capturing our most precious events. I highly recommend Martin as a videographer. He is wonderful and gracious to work with and is a talented professional in his work.
