Selecting a videographer was one of the toughest decisions when planning our wedding. So much work goes into the details and the day goes by so fast, so it was very important to me to have a creative, high quality reproduction of the wedding day. Martin was incredibly professional from our first inquiries, through the planning stages, to the wedding itself. I was immediately impressed by his responsiveness to all my questions and how receptive he was to my suggestions and requests. By the time the wedding day came, I was completely confident in his ability to do the job with his own unique style, while still incorporating all the nuances that were important to my husband and me. At the wedding, Martin was as professional as ever. He arrived early, he was unobtrusive – particularly during our ceremony – and he stayed late to capture every important moment. The assistant he hired was equally professional and talented. Martin was well-prepared with multiple high quality HD cameras, to capture a variety of angles and provide redundancy in the unlikely event one of them broke. He works very hard and takes great pride in the quality and thoroughness of his work. The true test of course, is the final product. My husband and I are extremely pleased with all three of the films Martin made for us. The quality and continuity of each film is excellent. The highlight film is short and sweet, capturing snippets of all the important moments – a wonderful treat for guests! The full length film (about 45 minutes), is the perfect documentary of the day, recording each of the big events, but still taking time to focus on the important details I spent so much time putting together. But our absolute favorite is the short film. In 15 minutes, Martin put together a non-linear, elegant story of our wedding day, stringing together a series of intimate moments with my husband and me, to a voice over of my father’s beautiful speech. Martin is an artist.
